Handle clamp soft seal butterfly valve features
1. Compact structure and flexible operation: The handle clamp soft seal butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric structure, and the switch operation can be realized by 90° rotation, which is compact and flexible and labor-saving.
2. Excellent sealing performance: The valve adopts a soft sealing structure, and the sealing ring is usually made of rubber or PTFE and other materials, which can effectively prevent medium leakage and ensure good sealing performance.

Handle clamp soft seal butterfly valve installation
1. Place the valve between the two pre-installed flanges, and pay attention to the neat alignment of the bolt holes.
2. Insert the bolt nut and tighten it gently to correct the flatness of the flange surface.
3. Use spot welding to fix the flange on the pipe, and install the valve after the weld is cooled.
4. Correct the valve position and tighten the bolts to ensure that the valve plate can be opened and closed freely.
